Beginning Monday, July 13, 2026, we kindly request that all guests who are seated in the main dining room and bars beginning at 5:00 pm until closing, remove their hats when seated. Mahalo for your understanding.

If the date and time you are looking for is not avaiable, we suggest checking back 24-48 hours before the desired reservation date. This is when most cancellations occur. We do not offer a waitlist for future dates. Mahalo!

Reservations are required, with the exception of bar seating which is seated on a first come first serve basis and is very limited. We look forward to serving you with safety and Aloha!

Reservation Policies

Because the restaurant tends to be booked months in advance, we highly recommend booking early as you plan for your special day. Reservations are required for entry.

Specific table requests can be noted, but not guaranteed.

** Reservations sold on third party websites will not be honored, and future reservations will be subject to cancellation **

  • To preserve the ambiance for the more intimate diners, we do not do group bookings. Single table reservations with a maximum of 8 guests only.
  • All Special Requests require 72 Hours advance notice via email: info@mamasfishhouse.com | Based on Availability
  • A credit card is required to secure all Reservations. No Shows/Cancellations or Increase/Decrease in party size less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $50 per person to the credit card on file.
  • Reservations can no longer be booked through OpenTable. Booking reminders will be sent from our new system 48 hours before your reservation date.
  • We accept all major credit cards and cash only. We do not accept checks. Our payment processing system DOES NOT support Apple Pay at this time.

Health & Safety Come First

Mama’s Fish House is open for open air dining and the safety and well-being of our staff, our guests, and each and every member of our Maui community, is of the utmost importance to us. We have implemented new health and safety protocols that go above and beyond our already strict standards, so that you can feel comfortable and safe when dining with us.

Dress Code

To preserve the elegance of our dining experience, we kindly request Smart Casual/Resort Casual to Dress-to-Impress attire. Footwear is required. Please avoid sheer or see-through crochet garments. Gentlemen, please no tank tops. For guests dining in the main dining room or at the bar beginning at 5:00 PM through closing, we ask that hats be removed once you are seated. Mahalo for your understanding. 

Etiquette

We welcome children, but ask that they stay quiet and seated.

Electronic devices are acceptable, as long as headphones are used. 

We do not have public Wifi access.

Parking

We offer complimentary Valet parking only.

No restaurant parking is allowed in designated Beach stalls.

Handicap stalls are available, or you can drop those needing assistance at our service entrance located behind the restaurant. After you drop them off, you may then valet your vehicle at our main entrance, and a valet attendant will bring the vehicle down when you finish dining.
